Courses & Community OutreachI have been teaching courses in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine, as well as Holistic Care and Wellness for over a dozen years. Community lectures may be tailored for current high school, undergrad or graduate students, senior groups, parenting or professional organizations!

Course options include:

  • General introduction for communities new to acupuncture and holistic care

  • Acupressure techniques and dietary theories particular to prenatal and postpartum care

  • Lectures for parents that focus on seasonal immune support for families

  • Strength and rehabilitation classes for athletes and dancers of all levels

  • Pain management, trigger and motor point, and soft tissue techniques for physicians and other pain specialists
