At your first office visit, we begin with a one-on-one about your case. Before beginning treatment, we want to be certain you are a good candidate for treatment at the clinic, and that you are familiar and comfortable with my philosophy and program.

During this first intake, I will go over your case and medical history in detail, develop a comprehensive treatment plan, and administer your first acupuncture treatment.

New patients are asked to complete necessary forms prior to their initial treatment. You may access these documents through our electronic health system upon scheduling your first visit. Please submit completed forms before your appointment to begin your journey to a pain-free, healthy life.
